My name is Laurence Holland. I’m an M.Phil. candidate in Philosophy at the University of Cambridge. This blog started as a collection of semi-coherent ramblings about the thesis I wrote as an undergraduate at Harvard University. I’ve found that pretending I have a committed online audience of non-philosophers is a good way to force myself to write regularly and clearly about whatever it is I’m working on at the moment, so I’m going to try to stick with it.
